My name is Frances Seymoor and I have spent many years working with people who have undergone different traumas in their lives. Loosing someone close to you is one of the most devastating things that happens to us. It’s so hard to focus on anything, let alone find what you need. I thought I’d try and bring some things together to give you the help that I would have appreciated, both practical and emotional.
